The Eagle

Director: Kevin Macdonald
Rating: PG-13

The Bouw-Man.
Channing Tatum might just be the worst actor getting lead roles in Hollywood today, so it’s hard to get too pumped to go see “The Eagle.”  Action-filled period pieces such as these usually offer very few surprises, and rely on battle sequences for entertainment value.  The fact that you are forced to watch Channing Tatum attempt to convince an audience that he’s a Roman soldier, is laughable at best.  Despite for criticism, however, Tatum has built a respectable following for himself and definitely has some box office clout.  His fans may prefer to see him as a romantic lead, but I’m thinking he can still manage to help “The Eagle” bring in $13 million on opening weekend.

Opening Weekend Gross: $13 Million

Noodles: Prediction
Is it wrong that I just don't give a crap about seeing this movie? I think Channing Tatum has the greatest agents in Hollywood because they keep finding people to pay this man to act. Its totally amazing!
Opening Weekend Gross: $11 Million
